    March: DMI Finance acquired a controlling interest in Appnit Technologies, a PPI license holder.

    July: Completed 1st securitisation transaction of a pool of consumption loans.

    March-April: DMI Finance announced the closure of ~$400 Mn in primary and secondary equity transactions from investors including MUFG, SMTB.

    September: Long-term debt rating upgraded to AA by ICRA.
