The Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by DMI Finance Private Limited (“DMI”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the DMI Finance mobile application (“App”). The Program allows eligible users of the App to generate and share a referral link with other individuals. Subject to the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), participants may receive rewards when the referred user completes certain qualifying actions determined by DMI. Participation in the Program constitutes the user’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and any updates made by DMI from time to time.
Participation in the Program is available to registered users of the DMI Finance App who generate and share a referral link through the App. A referral will be considered valid only when the referral link is successfully generated and shared through the App and the referred user accesses or installs the App through such link or through an attribution mechanism recognized by DMI systems. The referred user must complete the qualifying milestone(s) determined by DMI, which may include but are not limited to loan application, loan approval, loan disbursal, or any other event defined by DMI. DMI reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a referral qualifies under the Program and whether the conditions for rewards have been satisfied.
Referral attribution will be determined through DMI’s internal systems and/or third-party attribution tools integrated with the App. DMI’s systems and records shall be the sole source of truth for determining the success, attribution, and eligibility of referrals. DMI shall not be responsible for unsuccessful or invalid referrals due to technical errors, incorrect link sharing, device restrictions, operating system limitations, privacy settings, network failures, delayed installations, or any other factor beyond the control of DMI. If referral attribution cannot be successfully validated through DMI systems, the referral shall be deemed invalid and no reward shall be payable.
Rewards under the Program may be granted to the referring user and/or the referred user upon successful completion of the qualifying milestone(s) defined by DMI. The nature, value, format, and eligibility criteria for rewards may vary across campaigns and may include loyalty points, coins, vouchers, cashback, promotional credits, or any other benefit determined by DMI. Rewards will be credited only after internal validation and verification processes are completed by DMI. Reward timelines may vary and DMI does not guarantee any specific timeline for reward credit. Rewards once displayed in the App are indicative and may change based on campaign configuration or program rules.
Users must participate in the Program in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or misuse the Program is strictly prohibited. Activities such as self-referrals, creation of multiple accounts, use of bots or automation tools, device farming, SIM farming, fake accounts, misleading promotions, or any other fraudulent or abusive practice may result in disqualification from the Program. DMI reserves the right to investigate any suspicious referral activity and may cancel referrals, revoke rewards, suspend accounts, restrict program access, or take appropriate legal action where necessary. The determination of fraud or abuse by DMI shall be final and binding.
DMI reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or reverse rewards in circumstances including but not limited to loan cancellation, loan reversal, fraud detection, system errors, duplicate referrals, program abuse, compliance issues, or failure to meet internal validation checks. Rewards credited under the Program do not constitute a vested right and may be withdrawn or reversed by DMI at its sole discretion if any irregularity or violation is detected.
The Program may rely on third-party platforms, attribution tools, and reward processing systems. DMI shall not be responsible for any failures, delays, errors, or inaccuracies arising from such third-party services or from network outages, system downtime, application errors, or other technical disruptions. In the event of any technical issues affecting the Program, DMI reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program until such issues are resolved.
DMI reserves the absolute and unconditional right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time. DMI may also modify reward structures, eligibility criteria, qualifying conditions, referral limits, or any other aspect of the Program. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, DMI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of rewards, referral attribution failures, technical errors, delays in reward processing, third-party system failures, or disputes between users regarding referral links. DMI’s decisions in all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding on all participants.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
