Flipkart Black Friday Sale

Black Friday falls in the last week of November 2026. Flipkart has not announced dates for its Black Friday Sale, but it has been a fixture of the late November calendar, and last year’s edition gives a good idea of what to expect.

Read this alongside our guides to Big Billion Days and the Flipkart Diwali Sale, which come before it, and our online sales 2026 guide for the full calendar.

When Does the Flipkart Black Friday Sale 2026 Start?

In 2025, Black Friday fell on November 28, but Flipkart’s sale opened earlier, on Sunday, November 23, with 24-hour early access for Plus and Black members.

If the same five-day lead holds this year, the 2026 sale could open around Sunday, November 22. That is an inference from last year’s pattern, not an announcement, so treat November 22 to 27 as the window to watch until Flipkart confirms.

What Offers Can You Expect?

  • A 10% instant discount on credit and debit cards in the 2025 edition. Bank partners for 2026 have not been announced
  • 24-hour early access for Flipkart Plus and Black members
  • Teasers in 2025 included Chromebooks, Samsung, along with deals on smartphones, televisions and gadgets

These are last year’s details. Categories and offers for 2026 will only be clear once Flipkart publishes them.

Is Black Friday Worth Waiting For?

It comes after Big Billion Days and the Diwali sale, so it tends to work best for things you skipped earlier, or for winter and year-end needs such as appliances, laptops and televisions. It tends to be smaller in scale than Big Billion Days. If you have already seen a price you like in October, compare it with the Black Friday price before deciding, and buy the earlier deal if the later one is not clearly better.

Black Friday Shopping Tips

  • Note the price you saw during Big Billion Days and the Diwali sale, so you can judge whether Black Friday actually beats it
  • Check the product’s price history rather than trusting the headline percentage off
  • Watch for early bird deals and Plus or Black early access on limited stock items
  • Check return and exchange terms before buying electronics

Spreading the Cost: Card EMI or Personal Loan

Black Friday deals often land on higher-priced electronics, so it helps to decide how you will pay before the sale opens. For one purchase, a bank card discount or a no-cost EMI at checkout is usually enough.

If you expect to shop across several sales this season, a ZestMoney credit facility is another option. ZestMoney, powered by DMI Finance, offers eligible shoppers a reusable digital credit facility of up to ₹1.5 lakh that you can use at checkout at eligible partner stores without a separate credit card, and reuse as you repay.

For a bigger purchase, or several at once, a personal loan spreads the cost without using up your savings. DMI Finance offers personal loans of up to ₹10 lakh through a fully digital application.
